GI:

Practitioners wear a traditional uniform known as a "gi". This outfit consits of a heavy cotton jacket, pants and a belt indicating rank. The Gi allows for a multitude of grips and tehcnique. More traditional
way of training. 

 

NOGI:

No Gi just means we train not wearing a Gi. Shorts (without zippers or 
pockets.  Rash guard
( T shirts fine too)
No loose fitting clothes.
More modern way of training. Closer resembling
MMA or street self defense styles. 

 

FUNDAMENTALS:

Recommended for people just starting out, This is a great way to build a base knowledge of Jiu Jitsu.

ADVANCED:

For Practitioners who have completed the fundamentals program. Continuing Education. 

ALL LEVELS:

Our Saturday classes are designed to be easy enough for those who are beginners but challenging enough for those who have trained before.

OPEN MAT:

No classes, Positional sparring, drilling, rolling. Hanging out with your friends!
